# Why am I not seeing any data?

There could be a couple factors at play here:

* If you logged in directly at market open, you should start seeing our data immediately. 

* If you’re still not seeing data throughout the day, sign out of your account, perform a [hard refresh](https://www.getfilecloud.com/blog/2015/03/tech-tip-how-to-do-hard-refresh-in-browsers/#.YCKebHdKjOQ) and log back in.
