Give yourself a quick refund directly in the app—no back‑and‑forth needed.

Who can self‑refund

• Eligible charges: post‑trial charge, monthly plan renewal, or annual plan purchase/renewal.
• Time window: within 48 hours of the charge.

How to self‑refund (step‑by‑step)

1. In the Cheddar Flow app, go to My Profile → Billing.
2. Click Cancel subscription.
3. (Optional) Fill out Reason for canceling.
4. Select End subscription immediately and receive refund, then click Cancel subscription to confirm

That’s it—your subscription ends right away and the refund is initiated to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days to post the credit.

Important notes

• 48‑hour limit: Self‑refunds are only available for 48 hours after the charge.
• Manual review: If your account requires manual review and it is found it violates our Terms of Service, a refund may be denied.
• Pro‑rated consideration: Past the 48‑hour window, contact us for a case‑by‑case prorated refund review.
